-Copays are due at the time of service

Fees

Please be advised of the following fees:
-Failure to pay copays at time of service will result in a $10 fee.
-The fee for returned checks is $25
-"No Show" Fee: $35
(A patient will be considered a "no show" when an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice When this occurs, Northtowns Medical Group loses an opportunity to provide care to other patients who wish to be seen.)

Note: Healthcare will never be denied under any circumstances, such as outstanding fees.
